A collection of courtyard villas arranged as a quiet residential garden, balancing privacy, shared landscape, and generous family living.

Chapters:
1. CLUSTER - The villas are offset around planted courts so each home receives privacy, cross ventilation, and a direct relationship to landscape.
2. THRESHOLD - Deep entry porches, stone walls, and timber screens create a layered arrival sequence from street to living room.
3. GARDEN - Shared paths and private terraces are designed as one continuous landscape, reducing hardscape and improving stormwater absorption.
